Utilizing an ‘office hours’ format, Extra Help Session topics are determined by the given session’s participating clients. They’ll run the gamut from simple tips and tricks to big picture strategies for increasing transparency and efficiency. This new format will provide a more focused and relevant training experience for those clients who choose to take advantage of the resources provided in the CSP.
